Supporting Employee Learning through Effective Workplace Learning Systems & Practices: Lessons from Singapore

This study presents preliminary data-driven insights from our research collaboration with the National Institute of Education (NIE) and extensive observations of exemplary organisations across Singapore gathered during the National Workplace Learning Certification assessments. The final findings are featured in the publication Future-Oriented Learning and Skills Development for Employability – Insights from Singapore and Some Asia-Pacific Contexts by Springer, under the chapter titled Supporting Employee Learning: Lessons from Workplace Learning Organisations in Singapore.
