Pathways
The Workplace Learning Role Badge aims to equip people managers with the skills to develop effective workplace learning blueprints and apply coaching strategies, fostering a culture of continuous learning within their teams. In addition to traditional formal learning pathways, individuals can also earn skill badges through the recognition of informal learning.
The pathways includes:
1. Formal Learning: Completing two curated NACE courses: "Workplace Learning Blueprint Development" and "Coaching for the Workplace".
2. Informal Learning Recognition: Demonstrating practical application of skills in relevant workplace learning projects.
